Give a Little Breathing Space This Christmas with Quiet Blue and The Beaumont Mayfair
There is something especially thoughtful about a gift that gives someone time to themselves. A treatment booked for a quieter January afternoon. A candle lit as the evening draws in. A familiar fragrance that becomes the cue to put the day aside.
This Christmas, we’re celebrating gifts that make room for wellbeing, inspired by Quiet Blue’s collaboration with The Beaumont Mayfair. Bringing together bespoke scent and considered hospitality, it is a partnership rooted in the pleasure of feeling cared for.
A scent created for a special place
For The Beaumont Mayfair, we developed a bespoke essential oil fragrance that reflects the hotel’s Art Deco elegance and welcoming atmosphere.
Neroli and mandarin bring soft floral notes and warm citrus to the blend, echoing the honeyed tones of the interiors. Presented in the hotel’s distinctive peacock green candle vessels, the fragrance adds another sensory layer to beautifully considered surroundings, including its newly refurbished spa.
For us, this is where scent belongs: woven into an experience, helping to create an atmosphere in which people can pause and settle into their surroundings.
The gift of a spa treatment in Mayfair
During the festive season, diaries fill quickly. Between work, family commitments and Christmas preparations, time for ourselves can slip to the bottom of the list. A spa gift offers a lovely reason to put that time back in.
The Beaumont’s Signature Hammam Treatment is a particularly evocative choice. The 45-minute Moroccan ritual begins in the steam room before continuing on a warmed marble hammam table, with a black soap cleanse, exfoliation and a rassoul body and hair cleanse. A finishing treatment of oil blended with warmed shea butter completes the experience. It is a gift to look forward to long after the decorations have come down.
For someone who would appreciate a massage, the hotel also offers Full Body Massage gift vouchers, with a choice of 60 or 90 minutes. Together with the spa’s setting, it makes a considered Christmas present for a partner, friend or someone who spends much of their time looking after others.
Carry the ritual home
A spa visit can also inspire smaller moments of care at home. Leaving an evening free. Putting the phone away. Lighting a candle while reading a few pages of a book.
At Quiet Blue, these everyday rituals are at the heart of what we create. Our candles and reset sprays invite you to make a little space for yourself, with fragrance becoming part of that familiar routine.
For a personal gifting gesture, consider pairing a separately purchased Beaumont spa voucher with a Quiet Blue candle or ritual gift box. The treatment gives them something to anticipate; the fragrance offers something to enjoy throughout the winter. A handwritten note suggesting an evening entirely to themselves makes it feel even more personal.
A thoughtful way to say thank you
Wellbeing gifting can be a lovely way to recognise someone whose year has been particularly full. Perhaps they have supported you through a difficult moment, taken on extra responsibilities or simply never thought to book a treatment for themselves.
Choosing something around their tastes, whether that is a hammam ritual, a massage or a candle for their favourite room, shows that you have thought about how they might enjoy it.
This Christmas, we invite you to give a little breathing space: an experience to savour and a ritual to return to.
